Well, the original release had a QR code that had a link to a brief 1:40 or so video of Sorceress giving a shota boy paizuri. That was included in this release (and this time I WILL offer a torrent of it some time today) but more importantly also features extra images of what happened after that. So you get an extra helping of straight shota with your Elf futa tentacle rapings.
