It feels like it was more of a flashback or delusion than an actual ghost-fuck. More like him visiting her grave and reminiscing about the time they spent together. I could be wrong, but both the dialogue and the post-sex part where he had his pants fully on and his dick wasn't hanging out or anything gives me the impression that it was all in his mind. His heavy breathing at when he was laying on the ground does make it seem like actual ghost sex.

It was a nice story though, regardless of whether it was his delusion or actual intercourse with her ghost.
