Not Natsuru. Natsuru has blue eyes, not green. It's obvously a parody on Natsuru though as the game suggests that she is really a transformed boy. Anyway from what I can gatyher her name seems to be "薫" (Kaoru) or something like that.

Also, this might just be me, but I can't really consider games like these real tf/tgs. All we get is some quick words about how the girl used to be a guy... and then the girl in the game acts like any hentai-game-girl. There's not even any pics of her in guy clothing, which would at least make the whole tg element more convincing. Here it just feels like they added a few "Oh I used to be a guy"-based sentences so they could appeal to the TF/TG crowd without putting effort into it.
