@Granten: Sometimes people only commission/translate the chapters they want for various reasons: only certain chapters appeal to them, limited funds/time, etc. It all depends on who initiated the project and what their ultimate intent was. Don't always assume the whole book will be translated, you'll get disappointed fast and often.
