The title is a pun. Kill La Kill in Japanese is Kiru La Kiru (leaving "La" as "La" rather than "Ra" for comparison), but here it is "Yaru La Yaru". Yaru (やる) is a verb meaning "to do" (as in "Are you going to do that/your homework", "What are you going to do?", but like English, it also means "to have sex" in context, as it does here.

By the way, I got that other Kill La Kill doujin translated (the one called Ryuuko no Susume) and I'm just waiting for the editing to be complete. Ideally, I'll have it released either on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day. I think Ryuuko no Susume is better because she's more in character in my opinion.

@somebodyoverthemoon Wow, I forgot about that. You're right. Yaru (やる) can also mean "to kill", which is a even more obvious pun.
