Oh, sweet! I had not checked Yamamoto's work for a long time, as his stuff is very rare to see these days, but I had actually been waiting for this one for YEARS.
I'm very glad to see you're STILL working on these, Lunatic2. Your work is highly appreciated. I believe years ago I commented on the fact that your posts brought Yamamoto and Yuri Ai to my attention, who have since then become some of my favourite artists and most anticipated for updates.

Apparently the artist, Atsuji Yamamoto, crowdfunded another sequel to the Arnis series as recently as 2016 and finished it in 2017. I also seems that at least parts of the original manga and/or doujinshi were reprinted as a stretch goal, albeit with different colors. It doesn't seem that the final, elusive doujinshi was included, though.

Finally, there's an omnibus collecting the first 5 doujinshi volumes. It has, to my knowledge, not been scanned either.
