It's also a C85 release. Many doujinshi are far more heavily censored now, so it's quite possible that the print version is the same. Of course, you'd need someone with a physical copy to know for sure.

Not all artists censor digital releases more heavily anyway. The digital version of /g/570366/4a63d8812b/ looks exactly the same to me, censorshipwise.

Probably the same that happened to Sakuya, artist wrote in the afterword that with that doujinshi he realised how fun it was to draw character with brown skin tone and how he wants do it again.
He said he inteded to focus on Sakuya being swallowed by the tentacles but ended up with a mix of darker skin-tone corruption thing and tentacle vore thing.

So maybe the next one will focus on the dark-skin/corruption aspect more?
