tonygodsdusk: The last few pages reveal that pregnant sumo isn't /actually/ a traditional sport with a long history (in this fiction), but rather that a brainwashing machine has been used on these girls for the amusement of rich old men. The brainwashing of that particular girl broke upon her first experience giving birth, which is why it's being reapplied while two men chuckle about it in the background.
