The girl is the daughter-in-law of the old guy. Hence misc:incest, misc:inseki, and f:daughter. In at least one of the chapters the two sisters have sex, hence f:incest. f:netorare was removed because it is more appropriate to describe what is happening as f:cheating (in e-hentai.org, we use netorare and cheating tags exclusively).
