Even if it wasn't rape it wouldn't be netorare. Netorare is only applicable if somebody belongs to another, such as a wife, daughter, sister or girlfriend. The master/servant relationship only involves sex because it is used as a means to replenish mana... so it is a relationship born out of necessity. This is why I hate Shirou... that guy basically got to have sex with Saber just because he was her master. meanwhile we have Gilgamesh that lust and desire... in fact loves Saber... yet it is called netorare when he has sex with her?
