Sometimes chinese/korean scans are uploaded here before raws, but it wasn't as bad as it is now at any point in the past. 9 out of 10 C86 works appearing right now are in chinese or korean, with almost no English or raw releases.

I think we can safely blame fakku and jewcob for that. People are just scared of uploading in those languages, because of the possibility of jewcob snitching to another publisher.
