We get to know the shota in that story and the relationship with the milf and her daughters. That allows the jealousy and sympathy aspects of that story to work. This happens in most NTRs, but does not happen here. We just know that Tess is engaged and is getting married. We know zero about the fiancee and never see him at all, thus you can't feel anything for the fiancee/husband during the story. The focus is on the Son (netori) and Tess the entire time.
