It's specifically not Flame Prince OR Fionna, which is why they don't look completely correct (e.g. red hair instead of blonde).

They're two (presumably) original characters named "Flamina" and "Phoebe" (which literally appears in this comic, did you guys even read it?) who just happen to have doppelganger-level similarity to Fionna and Flame Princess.

Presumably this was done to enable the pairing of the gender switch Finn and regular Flame Princess and perhaps mitigate copyright infringement concerns.

Aside from the obvious intention and previously noted character appearances, there's actually nothing that even suggests this has anything to do with adventure time at all.

Just putting it out there.

Jesus christ this is so amazingly well drawn. One of the best comics I've seen in a while and I love every page of it! I wish there was more, or even a continuation.
