Ningyou Tsukai 2 was never released outside of Japan. If an uncensored version of the game exists then it resides in Forest's archives somewhere.

Wow, what a nostalgic find. I remember reading about the first one in EGM or CGW and then desperately searching for a copy in the early days of the internet.
