The conclusion to the Natsuzuka story

A quick summary of the important parts:
Morimoto learns what happened between Natsuzuka and Yamaguchi (almost NTR guy) the other day, He's of course incredibly pissed at Yamaguchi and want to beat him up good, but Natsuzuka kinda forgives him and and just forget about the whole thing since Yammaguchi stayed quiet about Natsuzuka being a futa.
Sex happens.
Then the nurse tells that she found out why Morimoto turned into a girl and back and everything. Turns out that both Morimoto and Natsuzuka used to be in the same orphanage (back when Natsuzuka still thought of herself as a boy) and that Morimoto was originally a girl to begin with (most likely the tomboy in the flashback on page 1). So Morimoto will change gender whenever there's a wish for it, but not just from himself but only if also from those around him (especially Natsuzuka). Also the whole thing has something to do with their mothers, but what exactly is left open. A possible hint is that Natsuzuka wonders if she should call Morimoto onee-chan from now on, and the 2 girls at the end (they also showed up in one of the extra pages of the vol. 1-3 compilation)

Well, at least there was some male on futa that's not rape/attempted NTR in this series again before it ended.

Well the ending is total shit, i mean she vomitted when she betrayed Morimoto and now she fucks that girl without asking him and it's taken like a total joke!? the very least they could do was turn him instead and have another gender bent sex, and after she fucked her the girl asks Natsuzuka if they could do it again and she answers "fufu i'm Morimoto-kun's girlfriend you know?" ???????????? i mean what the fuck ? After what happened in chapter 5 it's way too inconsistent.

It's obvious the author lost track of what he was doing and the personnality of his characters.

The ending was amazing. To everyone hating on the Natsuzuka×Nakamura sex scene: Nakamura was always hinted at as loving Natsuzuka, I took the scene as kind of a gift from Natsuzuka to Nakamura, which ties in with both her and Morimoto thanking her a lot up to that point for how she helped out in their relationship. I liked it a lot, too bad it was mostly off-screen. I was sad when Morimoto refused the nurse’s handjob, but that wouldn’t have made much sense in the story. :(
