I don't understand where this "Not NTR" is coming from... According to the tag definition on this site(I suggest you read it first before voting down any tag), NTR is when "another person's spouse / partner being unfaithful and the one being cuckolded being aware of the situation. Also acceptable for when the story is clearly meant to invoke jealousy or sympathy on behalf of the person being cuckolded." This story clearly invokes jealousy and sympathy on behalf of Bell-kun, so this is indeed NETORARE. If this is not enough for you, you can check how this doujinshi is tagged on other sites. Perveden, *****, *****, simplyhentai, mangafap, luscious, readhentaimanga - all of them mark this manga as NETORARE, obviously because it has a NTR feel to it, and people recognize it as NTR.

So I am voting NTR tag up and I hope every user with a great deal of common sense will do the same.
