Molotov has never had any kind of consistency with Obsydian's (the purple bound dragoness) size. I can't tell if she is huge (some artwork has her being substantially larger than in others given the background material). During some her foot is larger than the door to a catherderal or mansion sized accomodations making her quite large indeed, and the others, like image 67, have her sucking on a trailer hitch to a military vehicle, which, while still making her quite big, she wouldn't be as big as others.
Either way, it is going to take more than I got to please something that large. I would have to experiment for a bit to find out what would work. On the plus side, it is pretty hard to miss a clit that big.
