I'm quite amused and fond of Izayoi No Kiki's brilliantly executed Mothercon One Shots. Since most of them were sloppily translated by Laruffi, I decided to take a crack at an untranslated one for Forbidden to translate.

The plot is straightforward: Middle aged mother gets her pant leg sprained in an accident; her husband and grown up daughter leave for business trips; meanwhile her adult son; propositions her for incest; she reluctantly agrees so as long as protection is used, and they both gradually descend into incestuous debauchery as he finally gives her nakadashi.

Forbidden hired his editor to make sure the bubbles were clean and crisp because this artist uses a very distinctive RGB coloring mechanism and specially designed rendering software.

Honestly, one of the best mothercon hentai I've read. 10/10. Funny dialogues, the good "épurée" style of Izayoi-sensei, simple and solid story, and the best of the best: tender and lovely affection.
