Expunge this release since a new one at /g/823141/c40367042a/ is another thai release with no scanmarks.

edit: waiting for confirmations, apparently noone in charge is around at this moment. Since its different translations people are hesitant.

Long ago i was told that that didnt matter because if it did, we could potentially end up with 6-7 or even more scanmarked/watermarked versions of the same work and non scanmarked versions would not matter. Alas, hold off on expunging for the moment.

second edit: @elgringo that was not the point, the point was if scanmarks would be replaced or not. As it currently is there is no incentive to get rid of scanmark releases in favor of scanmark free ones and promote them.

There is no problem to have 6 or 7 translations of the same work if they are done by different persons/groups.
