The reason I didnt commission the Tank scans to Tigoris earlier was, I actually commissioned both chapters about 2 weeks BEFORE the tank was uploaded ( Tigoris was on vacation + he had other commissions before mine, so The release of the English Chapters here was almost at the same time as the TANK was uploaded)
