A couple of things:
1. This is amazing, super hot.
2. Her nipples should be proportional to her breasts, so they should be bigger, women who usually have silicone implants have smaller nipples than women with big natural breasts, in this case, the breasts sag correctly, as in, being real. Therefore, is an small thing, that can make a comic or an image, much more enjoyable, and of higher quality.
