Basically, from what I see, the guy is using her as a cumdumpster and toilet at the same time. Judging by staff and her appearance she could be a witch/magician/whateveryoucallit, so she can probably make her body pretty flexible.

The only thing that worries me in that story is... it looks like she is in sky and some traveler might experience a quite unusual weather called a "gold rain" and not just that.
