Admittedly I also found the setup confusing and tried to make sense of it in the translation. My guess is Sakaki Utamaru wanted a guy to have group sex with three married women, with each wife reacting differently to the situation for variety:

* First you've got the CEO's slutty wife Mrs. Okada who Mr. Shibuya raped at last year's company retreat. She enjoyed it so much she wanted other women to experience it with her.

* Next you've got the motherly Mrs. Koike . She agreed to have sex with Mr. Shibuya so her husband wouldn't go to jail for embezzlement after he was caught by Mrs. Okada .

* Finally you have the fiery Mrs. Manda who was dragged into it simply because her husband was friends with both Mr. Koike and Mr. Shibuya . Mrs. Manda was the only wife who didn't know what was going on and had to be blackmailed into having sex (so Loki The Flameshield was right about that one lol).

Interesting idea, maybe it could've been a two-part story for more build up to the sex scenes?
