If I get the complaint right, it's about not translating certain words? You have a point that not everyone who reads those untranslated words will understand right away, but that's part of the learning experience. Why have people get stuck with only knowing what they know? They're popular words that are part of the reading-culture for a reason. If the complaint was a random translator not translating a phrase that should, like 'it feels so good', then I would wholeheartedly agree that it probably should've been translated.
I'm not saying that it's not annoying for some people, but it doesn't seem like something to get nit-picky about.

For the record, as annoying as it may sound, 'Google it' is something that everyone knows to do. It's not like the words are a secret code that you have to break or otherwise become forced to never understand. Here, I'll save the next newbie a quick Google: imouto = little sister.
