To be more precise, this is a fantasy/virtual world our MC, Mr Skull there (Momonga/Ainz) finds himself trapped in. Unlike the melodrama that was SAO, our MC here is actually quite happy about being trapped in that world, being an MMORPG addict himself, who found himself lonely when his friends started quitting the game. Actually, on the day that the game server is supposed to be shut down for good, is when he was (somehow) transported to that world.

Anyway, you get the gist. Magic made his undead, skeletal self grow a meaty penis.
