Satomi goes back on doing porn "for fun" and probably going to be addicted to multiple penetration soon. I finally found out how to distinguish the twins. Satona only has one birthmark under her left eye, Satomi has two. One of them is at the same spot as Satona, the other is near her chin.

I only saw Satona having sex and doing AV here, not Satomi. Also, she seemed to be impregnated.
