So it's a sequel of the previous one (/g/845611/df5879a348/). In the previous one, the landlady's cute daughter came by to get the rent, and when she found out he didn't have the money for it, said he could pay for it in sex.

In this one, that's been going on for a couple of months. Then one day the divorced MILF landlady herself comes by to get the rent. MC explains that he doesn't have the money and that her daughter has been accepting sex instead. Landlady is surprised, says that she knew that her daughter liked him. "Still, isn't there something wrong about fucking her in lieu of rent?" ("Gulp") "After all, I'm the landlady, so you should be fucking *me*." Sex ensues.
