Problem here is, that they're probably going to release the first part for free then you'll have to pay for the second. On their schedule, it says "4-Nov: How to get the free DLC1/ buy DLC2". I understand it's been quite a deal of work to wrap these up, but asking for more money after months and months of delay and the ridicolous "release event" schedule doesn't sound right to me.
