Once you release something on the internet regardless of its source its safe to assume that its going to be pirated.
That being said if they want English paying audiences to buy it legit they'll have to provide a quality translated product.

Well, the only company who provides books in English in the West is Fakku, and looked how that worked out for everyone else. I'd rather keep the status quo, with Westerners being invisible or persona non grata.
