Not really, many others look far better. This woman doesn't even look like Ryuuko, she isn't even Asian. It's as stupid as if some Asian women cosplayed wonderwoman.

The anime character doesn't have a large protruding nose ridge and inset eyes like that, So how are you claiming it looks the same? WTF

You don't need fake breasts you silly kid, it all depends on the anime and the art behind it. Ryuuko the character certainly has some breasts that support themselves too much. But the vast majority of anime women don't have breasts like that. Sorry

It depends on the art team and the individual character. Also this cosplay woman has a huge gap in many shots in between her breasts, sorry.

Most anime characters have far more natural looking breasts.

Misato Katsuragi, Yoko Ritona (hang a little and supported by bra), Motoko Kusanagi. And heck a whole horde of anime women don't even have big breasts, many who have large ones also hang. If you know anything about anime/hentai etc, you would know the art varies drastically from anime to anime.

Ryuuko's breasts even though being a bit odd, do look still more realistic than the woman's in this cosplay here. This woman has a huge gap in between her breasts, like the fakeness is just sad.
