So the differences I've found.
1. Aiz' ear is visible on the right
2. Her top covers her breast less
3. There's a small gap between her feet
4. Hestia's anger vein is mirrored
Also, there are some white dots on Hestia' s hair (left image has two, right one has one in a different spot), but those may be just artifacts.

Obviously difference number 8 is that one Aiz is on the left and the other is on the right. In all seriousness though, I'm not even convinced there are 8 differences.

If there's an 8th difference, I can't see it, and I actually overlaid and flipped through the left/right images one after the other.

@NeoA SHMAN That last one takes a bit of trained eye, and it was made deliberately hard to spot when going from image to image side by side, having said that it also is tricky to see it in an overlaid fashion because your eyes try disregard whites to avoid overstrain.

TLDR.... The highlight on the forearm bellow the boob is missing on the left but present in the right, hard to see side by side, so try overlaying the images on top of each other and turn on and off as necessary to see.
