Huh... It's been a while since I last read Maison Ikkoku, but as far as I recall, this art style is actually quite close to the original.

It could be interesting to read these. Although it would be impossible for me to fap to any MI doujins, since it's such a nostalgic romance for me. I've re-read it several times, and it has never failed to make me cry in the end. Not just tear up, actually cry. There are a fair few romances good enough to get that reaction from me.
