Really Ntr is good and all, but its not a substitute for a cohesive plot, plus this guys a wolf or something, I would assume he would be able to hear what's happening when he standing right next to the door, or smell it. Either way if we were being even a bit realistic the story would stop right here with the men who have devils horn getting stabbed or cut, by the up the sword the Wolf guy has on him.
