DLsite lists it as SHT YQ, but the last letter and in the title is really a T (and I think it's quite obvious that YT comes Yatterman, one of the series parodied in it).
Also, this DLsite download seems to combine 2 diferent doujinshis: SHT YT and SHT Hinomoto.
Even if they were sold together, probably it would be a good idea to divide the gallery in 2.
Girl in pages 3-6 and 20 seems to be someone from Macross, but I'm not really sure as I've never watched the original SDF Macross series.

There are two physical books in this digital release. First is a Macross Frontier (there are 'Ranka (Lee)' and '(Lynn) Minmay' references but I don't think it's any of them) + Yatterman parody (SHT YT), second is a Queen's Blade parody with 2 pages of Code Geass (SHT Hinomoto).

I would not divide the gallery, we prefer releases 'as published'.
I would not change the title either as it's reflecting the books combination. YQ = Y(atterman) + Q(ueens Blade).

There is a main artist credited there and there but I can hardly read it as it's handwritten (oh the 90s)
