The title contains a pun which translates to "penis-girl."

"Plot" is the guy turns into a girl and gets fucked repeatedly by a male friend. More specifically he has a disease that will kill him, and the pills he takes to keep it at bay have a side effect of turning him into a girl. There are three more books after this one.

The main character of this doujinshi looks almost exactly like Yasuke Arahabaki from Maga-Tsuki, and even the outfit she wears in her female form looks like the one Yasuke wore when he temporarily become Yasuko.

I know it's 'heavily censored' or avoids the sexy bits entirely, but I'm really liking the 'situations' of the plot(like when he and the girl get 'taken' by a group of guys). I'm curious about the types of relations they have, because it seems to be a 'complete' love triangle'(in that it 'rotates' all the way around both ways). The right 'situation' is more of a turn on to me than sheer uncensored/hardcore sex.
