Odd pairing, but the art was nice although the story was somewhat strange

Doesn't seem that hard to understand imho. This Mutsu is new, Kaga is appointed as her guide and help, Mutsu gets lewd and they do lewd things together, and when Nagato is added to the fleet Mutsu goes to her oneesan, leaving Kaga to herself (which leads to heartbreak).

The oddity here is who's paired with who, even if temporarily.
