@"Dystopia" issue - who am I to judge artist's idea. It may be difference in definition of the word, according to Japanese term, it's a place that deprives one of humanity, tho at the same time making them happy/satisfied. So What Okabe may mean, he created a land where everyone will be happy, even if they end up enslaved/deprived of their free will as human beings (which I think fits). I'm in no means expert at that, though. As far as I know, I may be awfully off the mark.

Is it the author or translator that doesn't know what 'dystopia' means? (p23) I'm no expert, but that's leaning more toward 'utopia' if I had to judge...
