Loved the autistic "don't complain about my work!" bit. Classic prepubescence there. Art's not bad. Dialogue is atrocious and about as confusing as the sequence of events.

Maybe it strike you personally on absence of sexual life? lol Then I am not sorry if hurt the feelings of internet trolls.
The line was meant for sexual anatomy because was the first big adult animal project of the artist, and it's a fun way to connect with the next scene.

Sequences of events may sound "confusing" for you, because the comic was not meant for you, but a few number of friends who already know more or less what's happening.
Same thing for dialogues, it was done in english rather than our native(s) language only because few of the owners of characters are english-speakers.
