My first e-hentai gallery post (and supplemental editing job) and man, have I made it a good one!

This is the third, but hopefully not the last, volume of the Tokyo Charismatic Public Lavatory, which features not one, but two hot and steamy stories that'll satisfy your Tara Sunagawa needs!

I gotta give it up for MintVoid for his excellent work translating and typesetting this doujin. I could've left it there, but the original scans had a lot of issues which I volunteered to fix to make it all the better.
Specifically:
- I fixed the page tears along the margins (and redrew certain parts).
- Cropped 2 pages where there was too much background missing to reasonably redraw, given my limited redrawing ability.
- Properly leveled the scans and further cleaned them.
- Repaired some smudging on the top of several pages, and even got rid of the off-color stripe (as best as I could) on the credits page.

It was a lot of work, but for an artist like Tara Sunagawa, I'm glad to have done it. I believe that good translations need equally good scans, typesetting, and editing, and I hope this doujin represents all that.

I also hope you guys enjoy this doujin as much as I did!
