While Ivy may use seduction on men, it's worth noting that she's never actually been in any sort of physical relationship with any of them (as far as I know). Ivy's lips are known to be poisonous, so her seducing and kissing men doesn't prove any sort of actual attraction because she's just using the weapons at her disposal. So Ivy being gay or bi isn't anywhere near out of the realm of possibility. Harley Quinn writers Jimmy Palmiotti and Amanda Conner have confirmed that Harley and Ivy are in a romantic relationship.
