Weird phenomenon: every time Haikawa Hemlen does a Matsumoto book, she looks more and more like Malon from the Legend of Zelda. It was a passing resemblance in Bricola 2, based mostly on her hairstyle and dampened by her outfit and long face, but the resemblance got stronger in later books where she's drawn with a shorter face and only again wearing a canon outfit in the extra chapter from the Soushuuhen.

Now here we have Bricola 6, where not only is the resemblance the strongest it's ever been, not only is Rangiku out of character in a way that would be better suited to Malon, but there isn't even any Bleach content in it. No references to Hollows or Shinigami or anything, no appearances from canon characters other than the starlet who closely resembles someone else, it doesn't even mention Rangiku's name anywhere in the dialog. You could omit the covers and pass this off as a Modern AU Zelda doujin. I wouldn't be surprised if Bricola 8 (Since Bricola 7 is an Orihime book, looking forward to when scans of that finally surface) took place on a ranch and the dude who fucked her had a potato nose and handlebar mustache, or was just blatantly Link.

As a Zelda fan who wishes there were more doujins of girls who aren't Zelda, I'm happy about this revelation.
