We only need pages 5 and 6 to be translated and we'll have a completely translated volume here.

Also the full color CG Set story has not been translated either. With that and those two pages, then all of the Reizoku Maou will be complete.

Page 97 and 98 are also new for the Elf Queen story. So they added 2 pages to the start of each story for this volume.

@G.L. No indication that Maou traded anything to revive Yuusha. The witch did it because she's got a sick sense of humor, and decides to also give Yuusha immortality so that he and Maou will be stuck being miserable together forever.

The upside of it is that the cycle of war in the world between humans and demons is tied to the Maou and Yuusha, and how the hero always kills the demon lord and then eventually dies a mortal death, then the two of them get reborn at a later time and it starts all over again. Now, with the hero and the demon queen being "lovers" and also immortal, they also can't be reborn and thus the cycle can't start anew. The world can find peace now.
